What is the Redfox Guarantee?

    At Redfox, we don’t believe in charging customers for something that doesn’t work for them. 

    That’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the day you’re connected. 

    If you're not happy with our service within that time, you're free to cancel—no exit fees, no pressure, no hard feelings.

    We’re 100% locally supported and 100% independent, which means real people, real answers, and no overseas call centres. We’re confident you’ll love our fast, reliable internet and personal service—but if it’s not the right fit, we’ll part ways with a handshake.

    If you do decide to cancel, we just ask that you return any Redfox-supplied hardware in good working order.

Terms of Redfox Guarantee

Eligibility

  • This guarantee applies to new Redfox residential internet services only.
  • The guarantee period begins on the date your service is installed and activated.
  • NBN connections, business services and service relocations are excluded from this offer.

How to Claim

  • You must notify Redfox of your intention to cancel within 30 calendar days from your installation date due to dissatisfaction with your service.
  • To cancel under the satisfaction guarantee, contact our team via email atinternet@redfoxcorp.com.au or call 07 4951 7777 and request the Redfox Cancellation Form.
  • You must clearly state that you are cancelling under the satisfaction guarantee.

Hardware Return

  • Any Redfox-supplied equipment (e.g. rooftop antenna, router, PoE injector) must be recovered / returned in good working condition within 30 days of cancellation.
  • Redfox will arrange a collection appointment for rooftop equipment.
  • If access is not granted for hardware recovery, a fee of up to $650 may apply.

What’s Covered

  • You will be refunded your first monthly plan fee.
  • You will be refunded for any hardware repayment costs.
  • Refunds will be issued upon successful recovery of Redfox hardware.

Limitations

  • The guarantee does not apply if you have breached Redfox’s Terms of ServiceFair Use Policy, or have any unpaid invoices.
  • Only one satisfaction guarantee claim is permitted per household or account.
  • If you reconnect after cancelling, the guarantee will not apply again.

General

  • Redfox reserves the right to modify or withdraw this guarantee at any time, provided changes do not affect customers already within an active 30-day window.
  • These terms are subject to Redfox’s Standard Form of Agreement.
